1 <br />Council Meeting <br />June 28, 1982 <br />DISCUSSION OF 1982 SPECIAL CENSUS UPDATE <br />Mr. Schumacher said this item could be discussed at the next meeting, it is a <br />case where volunteers are needed. This item was tabled. <br />20.0 <br />CONSIDERATION OF BEER PERMIT REQUEST - CIRCLE -LEX LIONS CLUB <br />Mr. Marier moved to grant a beer permit to Circle -Lex Lions Club for Sandbur Days <br />noting that the Lions Club has donated $500.00 to the park and a letter of "thanks" <br />for the donation should be sent with the permit. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the <br />motion. Mrs. Elsenpeter amended the motion to include that the park be cleaned <br />after the Sandbur Days event. Mr. Marier seconded the amendment. On the voting on <br />the amendment, amendment passed unanimously. On voting on the motion, motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier moved to table Agenda Items 10, 11, 13 and 14b and to carry them over to <br />the next meeting. Mrs. Sarner asked that the Council consider a request from <br />Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to bury cable at 4th Avenue and 74th Street. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve this request. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. <br />Motion declared passed with Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />Mayor Benson noted a letter that the Council received from Mr. Frazier regarding <br />some work done by Officer Zerwas and would like to make this letter a part of <br />the next Council meeting, the letter was very nice and a compliment to one of our <br />police officers. <br />On Mr. Marier's motion to table Agenda Items 10, 11, 13 and 14b, Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adjourn. at 8:10 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Aye. <br />Edna L. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Council Meeting <br />July 12, 1982 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order on July 12, <br />1982, at 7:07 P.M. by Mayor Benson with Council members Elsenpeter and Marier <br />present. Mr. Kulaszewicz and Mr. Reinert absent. Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Hawkins, <br />Mr. Davidson, and Mr. Kluegel. <br />MINUTES - JUNE 28, 1982 <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter asked if there had not been a date designated for the completion of <br />the streets by Mr. Menkveld. This motion is on page four, paragraph six, should have <br />the stipulation "that this work be completed within thirty days" added. <br />
