He alsp told the Council <br />there is no charge for his services unless there are bonds sold. <br />Mayor Benson asked when the program is completed, the homes are sold, are the bonds <br />retired? Mr. Liddle explained that the payments on the mortgages are used to retire <br />the bonds. If there is bond money not used, this money is also used to retire the <br />bonds. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adopt Resolution 82 -22 setting a public hearing for <br />December 20, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Mr. Reinert asked for more information on the housing plan that is referred to in 462C. <br />He also asked the estimated cost of the plan and Mr. Schumacher said Mr. Short estimated <br />the cost between 2/3 thousand dollars. He also asked to have this in writing. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Schumacher requested authorization from the Council to work with Mr. Liddle and <br />Mr. Short on this program. Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to grant this authorization. <br />Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn at 9:00 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer <br />--..- <br />:enso, • . or <br />Council Meeting <br />November 22, 1982 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:00 P.M., <br />November 22, 1982 by Mayor Benson with Council members Marier and Reinert present. <br />Absent; Kulaszewicz, Elsenpeter. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davidson, Mr. Kluegel, Mr. Volk and <br />Mrs. Sarner were also present. Mr. Schumacher was absent. <br />MINUTES - NOVEMBER 8, 1982 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />1 <br />MINUTES - NOVEMBER 15, 19 82 <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Mayor Benson corrected the minutes as follows; page three, paragraph 4, 5th line, delete <br />the word "or" after the word "and ". Motion to approve with corrections carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - NOVEMBER 22, 1982 <br />The Clerk noted some corrections on the disbursements listings as follows: delete the <br />$40.00 check under Administration and transfer to Park Fund; change amount of Check to <br />Helm, Inc. under Parks to $43.25; add a check to Noble Welding in the amount of $125.00 <br />to Public Works.
