Special Council Meeting <br />January 3, 19 83 ,. <br />Mr. Marier moved to designate the Forest Lake Times as the Legal newspaper. The <br />motion died for lack of a second. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to designate the White Bear Free Press as the legal newspaper. <br />Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. Marier and Mr. Kulaszewicz <br />voting, No. <br />Official Depository - Mr. Marier moved to designate the Lino Lakes Branch of the <br />Hugo State Bank. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Fiscal Agent - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to reappoint Springsted, Inc. Seconded by <br />Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Liaison Appointments - <br />Planning and Zoning <br />Park Board <br />Cable Commission <br />Ways & Means <br />Street Committee <br />Charter Commission <br />Policy Committee <br />Mayor Benson made the following appoints: <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />Mayor Benson and Mr. Marier <br />Mayor Benson, Mr. Marier, & Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />Mr. Reinert <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz & Mr. Reinert <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the appointments. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. There was <br />some discussion on these appointments with the appointments for this time. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />I Mr. Ross from the audience asked to speak. Mr. Marier withdrew his motion and <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz withdrew his second. <br />Mr. Ross expressed his disagreement with the designation of the legal newspaper <br />with Mayor Benson answering his questions. <br />Mr. Duane Rasmenssen of the Forest Lake Times added his comments . <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 7:30 P.M. Be, ' ZST <br />Council Meeting <br />January 10, 19 83 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:00 P.M., <br />January 10, 1983 by Mayor Benson with all members present. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davidson, <br />Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Kluegel and the Clerk. <br />MINUTES - DECEMBER 28, 1982 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
