Council Meeting January 24, 1983 facility proposed for Blaine. Several other agencies have already passed such Resolutions. This is for future consideration. IMayor Benson noted the Fire Study Committee will be meeting on January 27, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lexington City Hall. All persons are invited. 1 1 Mayor Benson asked if there had been any information on the interceptor and none had been received in the office. Mayor Benson asked if a meeting had been scheduled with Mr. Weible and the Clerk reported that it had been set for this Friday. Mayor Benson requested that the meeting with Mr. Paul Howard be rescheduled. Mr. Reinert moved to adjourn at 9:00 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Ave. XL44/3 Edna L. Council Meeting February 14, 1983 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Benson will all members present. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Davidson and Mrs. Sarner were also present. MINUTES - JANUARY 24, 1983 Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. Kulaszewicz abstaining. DISBURSEMENTS - JANUARY 31, 1983 Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. Disbursements - February 14, 1983 - Mr. Marier had several questions, which were answered. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE Mr. Harvey Karth had requested to appear and update the Council on the actions of the Citizen's Advisory Committee to the Minnesota Correctional Facility. Mr. Karth outlined the responsibilities and actions of this committee. Mr. Karth was thanked for his time and information.
