16 <br />March 2R, 1983 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to <br />order at 7:00 P.M., March 28, 1983, by Mayor Benson with all <br />members present. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Kluegel and Mr. <br />Volk were also present. <br />MINUTES - March 14, 1983 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Mayor Benson moved to amend the minutes by inserting his summary of <br />the facts on the Special Use Permit discussion. Mr. Marier accepted <br />as did Mr. Kulaszewicz. The amendment carried unanimously. <br />The motion on the minutes as corrected carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - March 2g, 1983 <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Second - <br />ed by Mr. Marier. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter questioned the allocation of the postage for the bulk <br />mailing which was explained. <br />The motion to approve the disbursements carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one to speak under this portion of the agenda. <br />SPECUAL USE PERMITS AND REZONINGS <br />Mr. Schumacher reported that all Special Use Permits are being used <br />with the exception of the one to Jan Kutzner, which has not been out <br />of operation for a year. <br />The rezonigs have many that are not being used for what they were re- <br />zoned for. There was some discsssion of the effect the new zoning <br />ordinance and district map will have on these. Alist of 16 that will <br />be directly affected had been prepared. <br />After some discussion on this matter. it was the consensus of the <br />Council not to discuss these rezonings until after the zoning map and <br />ordinance has been adopted. <br />Mayor Benson suggested discussing Agenda Item #7 - the setting of a <br />Public Hearing on these documents - at this time. <br />Mr. Marier moved to set a Public Hearing for consideration of the <br />Zoning Ordinance and Zoning District Map for April 19, 1983 at 7:00 <br />P.M., also that all persons on the list of affected properties be <br />notified by mail of the meeting, stating that their present class- <br />ification could be changed. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewciz. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ATTORENY's REPORT <br />Mr. Hawkins had no report other than the concilation Court claim. <br />Mr. Schumacher will apprea to represent the City. <br />
