24 <br />April 25, 1983 <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz asked if the vouchers for meals were within the limits <br />and was told they were. The Clerk reported there are two checks to be <br />approved that are not on the disbursement listing - they will be on <br />the next disbursement listing. <br />Mr. Reinert asked if we received a report from the animal control and <br />the Clerk said, Yes. Mr. Reinert asked if they were on a regular <br />schedule or what and asked if he could receive a copy of that report. <br />The Clerk said she would make a copy for him. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one to speak under this portion of the agenda. <br />WATER PROBLEM - PETE SCHERER <br />Mr. Volk and Mr. Kluegel had inspected this area and Mr. Volk had <br />written a report which he presented to the Council. <br />Mr. Marier said he had had a call from Mr. Scherer and Mr. Scherer <br />had said he and the, residents of the area will solve the problem <br />that exists at this time. <br />Mr. Volk recommended that no more fill be allowed in that area until <br />a drainage plan has been prepared for that area. <br />Mr. Reinert asked if Mr. Davidson should be involved in this matter, <br />and Mr. Volk said not at the present but he should be if and when <br />this plan is done. Mr. Reinert moved to refer this report to Mr. <br />Davidson for his information. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Scherer asked, if he blacktopped the street from the bottom of <br />the hill to the top, will the City accept this as a City street? Mr. <br />Marier said he does not have the answer for this and it will have to <br />be checked out with the Attorney and the Council. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING ACTIONS - MR. KLUEGEL - WALLS - 62nd Street. <br />This is a meets and bounds subdivision that was recorded withle the <br />moratorium was not in effect. The recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Board was to approve this subdivision. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the variance to the moratorium for <br />this subdivision. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Roy Stanley — Sunset Oaks II - this land had been platted and had <br />received preliminary approval on June 23, 1980. The final plat has <br />not been recorded. Mr. Stanley said he was told to hold upon this <br />plat due to the possibility of sewers. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board had recommended that this not be <br />approved for a final plat due to the moratorium an is not in con- <br />formance with the Comprehensinve Plan or the Zoning Ordinance. <br />Mr. Reinert questioned the statement of not being able to hold this <br />
