Motion carried unanimously. <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Mr. Hawkins had no report other than the City Administrator had <br />successfully defended the City in the case of Mr. Adams. <br />RESOLUTION #83 -12 - ROAD PROPOSAL <br />Mr. Volk presented the following Resolution for Council consideration: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions of the City Council, a report has <br />been prepared by Mr. Donald Volk with reference to the Seal - <br />coating program designating certain streets wtihin the City <br />of Lino Lakes for the 1983 work shcedule, and this report <br />was received by the City Council on March 28, 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA, that <br />1) Such imporvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />report received by the Council on March 28, 1983. <br />2 <br />) <br />Mr. John Davidson, of TKDA, is hereby designated as <br />Engineer for the seal - coating program. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF SALARIES - NON -UNION EMPLOYEES <br />Mr. Reinert said he would like to refer this back to the Ways & Means <br />Committee and report at the next Council meeting with a better <br />explanation on the salary ranges and the effect on the City Budget. <br />How this would also affect the City and the employees in the future. <br />Mr. Reinert moved the above.
