Ordinances so noted, being or limited in nature or <br />application, are continued in force but not set forth in the Code. <br />The rest of Appendix A consists of a cross reference table indicating <br />where in the Lino Lakes City Code the material from the various <br />repealed ordinances may be found. <br />SECTION III COPIES <br />The Clerk- Treasurer shall provide a sufficient quantity of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for general distribution to the public and he shall <br />give notice in the official newspaper for at least two successive <br />weeks that copies are available in his office for examination or <br />purchase. <br />SECTION IV. PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE <br />The Lino Lakes City Code shall be prima facie evidence of the law <br />of the City. <br />SECTION V. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective June 1, 1983. <br />Passed this 25th day of April, 1983. <br />Edna L. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />SET MEETING WITH P &Z AND TASK FORCE - OLD BUSINESS <br />The meeting would be for the purpose of the Council to present the <br />concerns of the citizens that appeared before the Council at the <br />Public Hearing on the Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance. After some <br />discussion, this meeting was set for May 3, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. The <br />Clerk is to send written notices to all members concerned. <br />NEW BUSINESS - ITEM #3 <br />27 <br />This item is concerned with the annual meeting of the League of <br />Minnesota Cities and is on the agenda to determine how many of the <br />Council members will be attending. The Clerk is to get the exact dates <br />and put this on the next agenda. <br />Mr. Melvin Neilsen, from the audience, asked the Council if there was <br />to be any action on the letter he had written to the Council and Mr. <br />Marier said, No, not at this meeting. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to put this matter on the May 9, 1983 agenda. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
