April 25, 1983 through G. Ordinances so noted, being or limited in nature or application, are continued in force but not set forth in the Code. The rest of Appendix A consists of a cross reference table indicating where in the Lino Lakes City Code the material from the various repealed ordinances may be found. SECTION III COPIES The Clerk- Treasurer shall provide a sufficient quantity of the Lino Lakes City Code for general distribution to the public and he shall give notice in the official newspaper for at least two successive weeks that copies are available in his office for examination or purchase. SECTION IV. PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE The Lino Lakes City Code shall be prima facie evidence of the law of the City. SECTION V. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective June 1, 1983. Passed this 25th day of April, 1983. Edna L. Sarner, Clerk Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adopt the above ordinance and to publsh the Table of Contents as a summary. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. SET MEETING WITH P &Z AND TASK FORCE - OLD BUSINESS The meeting would be for the purpose of the Council to present the concerns of the citizens that appeared before the Council at the Public Hearing on the Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance. After some discussion, this meeting was set for May 3, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. The Clerk is to send written notices to all members concerned. NEW BUSINESS - ITEM #3 27 This item is concerned with the annual meeting of the League of Minnesota Cities and is on the agenda to determine how many of the Council members will be attending. The Clerk is to get the exact dates and put this on the next agenda. Mr. Melvin Neilsen, from the audience, asked the Council if there was to be any action on the letter he had written to the Council and Mr. Marier said, No, not at this meeting. Mr. Reinert moved to put this matter on the May 9, 1983 agenda. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously.
