She also reported that Mr. Schumacher had <br />called and said if the Council had questions on this, a delay would <br />be in order. <br />There was some discussion on the amount that would be paid to this <br />person, which the Clerk did not have the answer and there was some <br />discussion on the work programs that this intern would be involved <br />with. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to table this item for the next agenda. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Item #2 - Fertilizer bids - Mr. Volk apologized for not having this <br />information in the packets but he had been waiting for a bid which <br />turned out to be the -low bid. <br />Mr. Volk reported this fertilizer is for the City Parks and is to <br />be used this Spring and again in the Fall. <br />Mr. Reinert questioned the unit costs - sometimes the lower cost <br />item does not have the nutrients as the one that costs a little more. <br />Mr. Volk said he had the breakdown of this on the quotes and felt <br />the lower one was the better buy. <br />Mr. Reinert asked when this must be finalized and Mr. Volk said as <br />soon as possible due to the fact that this should be spread as soon <br />as possible. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the lowest bid and asked Mr. Volk to <br />contact the Anoka County Agent and ask for the best buy on this <br />material. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />SECOND READING - CITY CODE <br />Mr. Marier asked the Clerk to read the Ordinance adopting the City <br />Code as follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1 -83 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordians" <br />SECTION I CODE ADOPTED <br />There is hereby adopted that certain revision oand codification of <br />the Ordinances of the City contained in a printed compilation entitled <br />"Lino Lakes City Code ". A copy of such code shall be marked "Official <br />Copy" and filed as aprt of the official records of the City in the <br />office of the Clerk - Treasurer. <br />SECTION II REPEALS <br />1 <br />1 <br />Appendix A of the Lino Lakes City Code is a listing of all ordinances <br />of the City from No. 1 to No. 83. All Ordinances listed in Appendix <br />A are hereby repealed, except those ordinances noted in the right - <br />hand column of Appendix A as being included in the Appendices B <br />
