Special Council Meeting <br />September 28, 1983 <br />113 <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to waive the reading of Ordinance #11 -83 and approve <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimosuly. <br />Mayor Benson suggested the Ways & Means Commission consider these salaries <br />in the same manner in which the employees salaraies were considered and <br />set a salary range for elected officials. <br />Mr. Schumacher presented the agreed to Change Order for the Baldwin Lake <br />Mobile Home Court Project. This change order reduces the total costs <br />to a figure within the 10% allowed by the Charter and is concerned with <br />the restoration of the land. <br />Mr. R einert suggested a copy of this be mailed to the Chairman of the <br />Charter Commission. <br />Mr. Marier moved to accept Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $42,940.50 <br />with S odding, Seeding etc., total cost $3,253.00 deleted. Seconded by <br />Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BOND SALE - #83 -27 <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adopt Resolution #83 -27 awarding the bid to <br />Hugo S tate Bank in the amount of $100,000.00.Seconded by Mr. Reinert. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier asked that a copy of this be put in hsi box. <br />Mr. Marier moved to ajdourn. Sarner, Clerk - Treasaurer <br />Special Council Meeting <br />October 7, 1983 <br />The Special Council Meeting was called to order at 4:30 P.M. on October <br />7, 1983 by Mayor Benson with Marier, Elsenpeter present; Absent; Reinert, <br />Kulaszewicz. Mr. Schumacher, Mr. Volk, Chief Myhre, Mrs. Anderson and <br />Mrs. Sarner were also present. <br />Mayor Benson stated this meeting is for the purpose of arriving at a levy <br />for certificatiojn. Mayor Benson also noted that Mr. Kulaszewicz and <br />Mr. Reinert had called him and made known their feelings as to the amount <br />to be levied. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz had called and reported on the areas he had checked in <br />reference to the levy. He had said he could support a levy somewhere <br />between 25.5 and 26.9 mils. <br />Mr. Reinert had said he could support the mil rate in the area of 26.5. <br />
