They will continue to monitor the <br />intersection for future installation. <br />There were differences in the Anoka Statistics and Chief Myhre's - <br />there was discussion as to the different criteria used to formulate <br />these differences. The Council request Chief Myhre to do a study <br />based on the same criteria as the County. This to be done over <br />the next year or so. <br />AMENDED POLICY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY ON LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />Mr. Schumacher presented the proposed schedule for the transfer of <br />these funds on a yearly basis. <br />Mayor Benson felt this should be delayed until there is a full <br />Council present. <br />Mr. Marier moved to table this item until the January 23, 1984 <br />agenda. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />The Clerk presented two R esolutions authorizing the transfer of <br />funds. <br />RESOLUTION# 83 -32 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $465.37 in the sinking <br />fund for the 1981 Certificate of Indebtedness, and <br />WHEREAS, There no longer exists any debt for 1981 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness and therefore no need for funds to be <br />maintained in this account. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes <br />the City Clerk to transfer $465.37 from the 1981 <br />Certificate of Indebtedness to the 1982 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness. <br />Passed by the Council this 27th day of December, 1983. <br />Edna L.
