176 <br />February 13, 1984 <br />WHEREAS, these municipal costs would include the following: <br />1. Negotiating financing <br />2. Preparation of official statements <br />3. Management and annual review of assessment records, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City would apply a percentage against the total project <br />cost and the total amount of reimburseable funds for each <br />project will be distributed annually based on the length <br />oon the bond debt, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that: <br />The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts the following step down <br />approach recommended for use on improvement projects: <br />Project Costs % Applied by City <br />$1.00 to 10,000.00 <br />over 10,000 - 50,000 <br />over 50,000 - 100,000 <br />over 100,000 <br />5% <br />4% <br />3% <br />2% <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of February, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier moved to accept Resolution #84 -04 for the first reading. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Mrs. Anderson read the entire <br />Resolution. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Edna L. Sarner, City Clerk <br />CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION #84 -03, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE 1982 CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved that Resolution #83 -03 be accepted for the first <br />reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Mrs. Anderson read the <br />entire Resolution: <br />RESOLUTION #84 -03 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS there exists a balance of $1,599.98 in the sinking fund <br />for the 1982 Certificate of Indebtedness, and <br />WHEREAS there no longer exists any debt for the 1982 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness and therefore no need for funds to be <br />
