198 <br />March 12, 1984 <br />The Council requested Mr. Schumacher to continue this study and report <br />back to the Council. <br />Mr.Schumacher reported there will be a Joint Fire Study meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 21, 1984 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />1 <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to ajdourn at 8:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Aye. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at a regular Council Meeting <br />held on March 26, 1984. <br />Edna L. B:n -on, Mayor <br />Council Meeting <br />March 26, 1984 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 7:10 P.M., March 26, 1984 by Mayor Benson with all Council Members <br />present. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davidson, Mr. Schumacher, Mr, Kluegel, and <br />Mrs. Sarner were also present. <br />MINUTES - March 12, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried with Mayor Benson abstaining. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - March 26, 1984 <br />Mr.Kulaszewicz mvoed to approve the disbursements as presented. Seconded <br />by Mr. Marier. <br />1 <br />Mr. Marier asked about the 'platting' charges for the Planner - Mr. <br />Schumacher explained this is a reimburseable charge that is either taken <br />out of the developer's escrow fund or they are billed for the amount. <br />Mr. Marier asked about the wiring done in the shop on the agarage door <br />openers - was this let out on bids? Mr. Volk will be asked about this <br />item. <br />Mr. Reinert asked for clarification on the Union Dues - why is the City <br />paying this amount? It was pointed out this is a withholing from the <br />employee and then forwarded to the Union on a City voucher. <br />MR. Marier asked that all items such as the ones listed above be noted <br />on future disbursement lists. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one to appear under this potion of the agenda. <br />1 <br />
