200 <br />March 26, 1984 <br />On the appointment of the members to the Board, the Council requested <br />these positions be advertised and a decision be made at the April 23, <br />1984 meeting. Mr. Bohjanen so moved. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD ACTIONS - Mr. Kluegel <br />Marlin Hansen. Transfer of Property by Metes and Bounds. Mr. Kluegel <br />pointed out Mr. Hamsen presently owns a parcel of alnd at the end of <br />Otter Lake Drive and is reqeusting permission to transfer a parcel of <br />12+ acres to combine with his existing parcel. This conforms to the <br />requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve this transfer. Seconded by Mr.Kulaszewicz <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Daryl Miller - Transfer of Porperty by Metes and Bounds - Mr. Kluegel <br />pointed out this is a request to transfer a parcel of land containing <br />5.25 acres of alnd for a building site. This property is located on <br />Birch Street and is in an ER District and Park dedication will be <br />required. Mr. Miller had prepared an overlay for future sub - division. <br />The remaining aprcel of land will contain approximately 20 acres. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve this land division per Planning and <br />Zoning recommendations. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried <br />unanimously <br />Proposed Ordinance for the Deletion of Transmission Towers in the R Zone <br />- Mr. Kluegel presented the proposed Ordinance as submitted by the <br />Planning and Zoning Board. This would delete this type of construction <br />Mr. Kluegel noted the reasons why the Planning adn Zoning Board is <br />proposing this Ordinance change. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to set a Public Hearing on this Zoning Change for <br />April 23, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Minor Sub - Division - Norbert Weber _ Mr. Kluegle asked that a Public <br />Hearing be set for consideration of this sub - division. Mr. Kulaszewicz <br />moved to set a Public Hearing for April 23, 1984 at 8:00 P.M. Seconded <br />by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER's REPORT <br />Mr. Davidson reported on the opening of the bids for the construction <br />of Reiling Road noting there were eight bidders and the low bidder <br />was Northern Asphalt with a bid of $22,495.35. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the following Resolution. <br />RESOLUTION #84 -14 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID AND AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF REILING ROAD. <br />1 <br />
