202 March 26, 1984 of $1,000.00 has been submitted for a feasibility report. RESOLUTION #84 -13 A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Maple Street from the existing surface for 400' West, filed with the Council on March 3, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 420.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to John Davidson of TKDA and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Mr. Schumacher reported this request had been presented to the City and the $1,000.00 escrow has been deposited. RESOLUTION #84 -11 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY'REPORT FOR THE COMPLETION OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Eva Street between Orange Street and the unimproved street to the North, and the street to the North from the Fast line of Lot 4, Block 1 to the West line of Lot 10, Bloch 2 by bringing the streets up to City standards and to assess the benefited property for all er a portion of the cost of the imprcvv -ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
