202 <br />March 26, 1984 <br />of $1,000.00 has been submitted for a feasibility report. <br />RESOLUTION #84 -13 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Maple <br />Street from the existing surface for 400' West, filed with <br />the Council on March 3, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 420.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to John Davidson of TKDA <br />and he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 26th day of March, 1984. <br />enja i <br />enson, Mayor <br />Edna L. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. DAvidson asked that Agenda Item #10 be discussed at this time. <br />FEASIBILITY REQEUST FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EVA STREET AND THE STREET <br />TO THE NORTH. <br />Mr. Schumacher reported this request had been presented to the City <br />and the $1,000.00 escrow has been deposited. <br />RESOLUTION #84 -11 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY'REPORT <br />FOR THE COMPLETION OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Eva Street between Orange Street <br />and the unimproved street to the North, and the street <br />to the North from the Fast line of Lot 4, Block 1 to the <br />West line of Lot 10, Bloch 2 by bringing the streets up to <br />City standards and to assess the benefited property for all <br />er a portion of the cost of the imprcvv -ment, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />
