210 <br />April 9, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier suggested Mrs. Joan Campbell- felt she had the most <br />experience and would be receptive to this area. Mr. Kulaszewicz had <br />also indicated he would support this person. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to recommend the appointment of Mrs. Joan <br />Campbell as Chairman of the Metro Council. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Motion carried with Mr. Reinert abstaining. <br />Mayor Benson asked to defer any discussion on Seminars and Conferences <br />to a later date when there is a full Council and this to be an agenda <br />item. <br />A letter from Mr. Hawkins on the Gas Franchise was noted and this will <br />be worked on during the coming year. <br />Mayor Benson also noted the quarterly report of the Building Inspector. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked if there should be a Resolution from the Council <br />supporting the objections of the proposed wood fueled installation at <br />the prison. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved that a Resolution has been proposed and will be <br />forwarded to the Governor's office. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Reinert.
