220 <br />Council Meeting <br />April 23, 1984 <br />This bond constitutes a general obligation of the City and, to provide <br />monies for the prompt and full payment of its principal and interest <br />as the same become due, the full faith and credit of the City is hereby <br />irrevocably pledged, and the City Council has levied ad valorem taxes <br />for such purpose and, in the event of any deficiency, has obligated <br />itself to levy additional ad valorem taxes on all of the taxable property <br />in the City without limitation as to rate or amount. <br />This bond may be assigned but upon such assignment the assignee <br />shall promptly notify the City at the office of the City Clerk- Treasurer <br />by registered mail, and the assignee shall furnish the same to the <br />City Clerk - Treasurer either in exchange for a new fully registered <br />bond in the pricipal amount then outstanding or for transfer on the <br />registration bonds kept by the Clerk- Treasurer for such prupose. <br />IT HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED, That all acts, conditions and things <br />required by the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota to be <br />done, to happen and to be performed precedent to and in the issuance of <br />this bond have been done, have happened and have been performed in <br />regular and due for, time and manner as required by law; and that this bond, <br />together with all other indebtedness of the City outstanding on the date <br />hereof and the date of its actual issuance and delivery does not exceed <br />any constitutional or statutory limitation thereon. <br />INTESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />by its City Council, has caused this bond to be executed by the <br />facsimile signature of the Mayor and the manual signature of the City <br />Clerk- Treasurer, allas May 1 , 1984. <br />c, <br />-1 /12 1„) <br />Edna L.
