The bond shall be executed on behalf of the City by the facsimilie signataure of the Mayor and the manual signature of the City Clerk- Treasurer. The bond, when fully executed, shall be delivered by the City Clerk - Treasurer to the purchaser upon reciept of the pur- chase price, and the purchaser shall not be obligated to see to the proper application thoereof. 7. The bonds shall be apyavle from the General Obligation Bonds of 1984 Fund (DEbt Service Fund) hereby created, and the proceeds of general taxes hereinafter levied are hereby pledged to the Debt Service Fund. If any payment of principal or interest on the bond shall become due when there is not sufficient money in the Debt Service Fund to pay the same, the Clerk - Treasurer shall pay such principal or interest from the general fund of the City. 8. To pay principal or interest on this bond, there is hereby levied a direct annual irrepealable ad valorem tax levy against all taxable properties in teh City, which tax levies shall be in the years and amounts as follows: (Year stated being year of levy for collection the following year). Year LPVV Year Levy 1985 -0- 1990 -0- 1986 $214.56 1991 -0- 1987 441.00 1992 -0- 1988 165.00 1993 -0- 1989 119.44 1994 -0- The tax levy herein provided shall be irrepealable until all of the bonds are paid, provided that teh City Clerk- Treasurer annually, prior to Cotober 10th, certify to the County Auditor the amount available in the Sinking Fund to apy principal and interest due during the ensuing year, and the County Auditor shall thereupon reduce thelevey collectible during such year by the amount so certified. The Clerk- Treasurer is directed to file a certified cipy of this Resolution with the County Auditor of Anoka County and obtain the certificate required by Minnesota Statutes, S475.63. 9. The City Clerk - Treasurer shall act as bond registrar and shall maintain a complete record of ownershop of the bonds. The City make no representation that it is experienced in the transfer of ownership of registered securities or that it is aware of or experienced in applicable SEC regulations regarding such transfers. The purchaser and any assigneee of the bonds shall take the bonds subject to this condition.
