224 <br />April 23, 1984 <br />attend this conference they should contact the offices. Mr. Marier <br />suggested a limit be placed on the number of persons attending. <br />Mayor Benson noted the Board of Review to consider the 1984 <br />assessment will be held on May 8, 1984 at 7:00 P.M. <br />The Clerk noted that Anoka County will be here on Thursday of this <br />week to assist the Senior Citizens with their real estate tax refund <br />applications. She also noted the second meeting in May will be held <br />on Tuesday, May 29, 1984 doe to the holiday on Monday. <br />Mayor Benson asked Mr. Hawkins about his letter dealing with the <br />gas franchise and this was discussed briefly. <br />Mayor Benson made note of the fact that Mr. Louis LeTendre has passed <br />away and the appreciation of the City for all of his contributions <br />to this City should be noted. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Aye. <br />9:55 P.M. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at a regular <br />Council meeting held om May 14, 1984. <br />Edna L. Benson, Mayor <br />May 14, 1984 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 7:00 P.M., May 14, 1984 by Acting Mayor Reinert with all members pre- <br />sent with the exception of Mayor Benson. Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Davidson, Mr. <br />Schimacher, Mr. Kluegel, Chief Myhre and Mrs. Sarner were also present. <br />MINUTES - APRIL 23, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried with Mr. Bohjanen abstaining. <br />DISBURSEMENTS - April 30, 1984 <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the disbursements of April 30, 1984 as <br />presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS , May 14, 1984 - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the <br />disbursments as presented. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted there is a bill from the firm that did the soil <br />borings on the lots on Black Duck Drive and he requested permission to <br />market those lots at this time. By consessus of the Council, Mr. <br />Schumacher was authorized to advertise these lots for sale. <br />
