232 <br />May 14, 1984 <br />noted this was not approved by the Task Force but Mr. Moline had felt <br />there was a time factor involved and the planting was done. <br />Mr. Clayton Wendt, a member of the Task Force, presented a letter that <br />had been drafted by the Task Force. Mr. Wendt presented the objectives <br />of the citizens involved with the matter. He felt the Task Force had <br />reached an impasse and wanted instructions from the Council as to <br />the procedure from here. <br />Mr. Wents felt the issue of what was planted was not important, but the <br />fact that Mr. Moline did the planting without the consent of the Task <br />Force is the issue. <br />Mr. Schumacher felt the issue is there is no long term planting and Mr. <br />Moline felt that he had complied with the Ciyt's requests. <br />There was discussion on the type of planting the citizens would like to <br />see, the problem of the noise level and several other items concerned <br />with this issue. <br />The general consensus of the Council was that another meeting should <br />be scheduled. Mr. Schumacher was instructed to se this meeting. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Marier.
