228 <br />May 14, 1984 <br />RESOLUTION #84 -20 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS. <br />WHEREAS, a schedule of administration fees for improvement projects <br />was approved by the Lino Lakes City Council, and <br />WHEREAS an improvement project has been approved by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council for the improvement of Reiling Road, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby autorizes the <br />City Clerk to transfer $1,500.00 from the Reiling Road <br />Construction Fund to the General Fund to cover the <br />administration costs of the project. <br />Passed by the Council this 14th day of May, 1984. <br />Edna L. Motion carried unanimously. <br />A recess was called at 7:50 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 8:00 P.M. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - WEBER SEWER PROJECT <br />Acting Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing on this project at <br />8:00 P.M. It was noted, due to City Charter requirements, this <br />hearing must be continued until May 29, 1984. <br />Mr. Marier moved to continue the Public Hearing on the Weber Sewer <br />Project until May 29, 1984 at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Schumacher presented his request for authorization to use an intern <br />in the administrative offices for 10 weeks this summer at a stipend of <br />$350.00. He outlined some of the areas this tintern would be working <br />for the time he is here. <br />There was a question as to whether there are students from the City of <br />Lino Lakes who could be used in this position and Mr. Schumacher said <br />he was not sure, but could check with the two universities that he <br />works with. The Council had no objections to the program but reqeusted <br />Mr. Schumacher to check for local students for this position. <br />This matter was tabled until the May 29th, 1984 meeting. <br />
