Mr. Schumacher
said this is to insure we meet standards for installation of kitchen
appliances. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements as
presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
OPEN MIKE
No one appeared for open mike.
PLANNING AND ZONING REPORT - PETE KLUEGEL
A. Metes and Bounds Conveyance - Kenneth Albrecht -
Mr. Kluegel explained this is a request for a metes and bounds con-
veyance of property located in the rural zone from Mr. Dennis Nelson
to Kenneth Albrecht. Mr. Albrecht presently owns twenty acres
with 300' frontage. The proposed conveyance is 165' X 2,650',
ten acres in total area. It does not meet the ordinance require-
ment for front footage. The Planning and Zoning Board has recom-
mended approval contingent upon Mr. Albrecht's combining this
parcel with his 20 acres for one legal description so that it
cannot be sold separately for a building site.
