Ulmer Letter of October 30, 1984 - Mr. Ulmer has submitted <br />a letter stating he was no longer interested in having <br />municipal sewer extended to his property. <br />Mr. Hawkins said that this item should be continued for a <br />couple of weeks so that he and the city staff can take a look <br />at the moratorium issue and possibly some alternatives to <br />try and encourage the developer to go through with his <br />petition since it would appear that this is a key part of the <br />improvement and development of Lino Lakes. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the recommendation of Mr. <br />Hawkins and to have his recommendation ready for the next <br />Council meeting. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />B. Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Report - The City has re- <br />ceived a letter explaining additional money was expended during <br />1984 for work of this Board. The Board is requesting an addi- <br />tional $72.00 from Lino Lakes. Mr. Marier moved to send <br />$72.00 to the Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />C. Lions Club Bingo Permit Request - Mr. Hawkins had received <br />additional information in that this bingo request is for <br />future bingo occasions. The Council can accept the applica- <br />tion and hold it for the required 30 days. <br />Mr. Marier moved to have this request put back on the Council <br />agenda 30 days from the date of the request. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Reinert thanked Mr. Marier for the use of his voice tonight. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn. Mr. Marier seconded the motion.
