O52 <br />RESOLUTION 84 -33 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 13, 1984 <br />Page Ten <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ANOKA COUNTY BOARD TO DESIGNATE 80TH STREET AS <br />A COUNTY ROAD <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />u <br />80th street in the City of Lino Lakes, connects Anoka County <br />State Aid Highway Number 21 with Washington County Road <br />Number 4 and; <br />The City of Lino Lakes agrees to acquire necessary right <br />of way at no cost to Anoka County, and; <br />The City of Lino Lakes agrees to extend culverts at the <br />the Hardwood Creek crossing using State Bridge Funds or <br />City Municipal State Aid funds; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the Anoka County Board take action to designate 80th <br />Street as a County Highway. <br />that the county improve said roadway to meet Anoka County <br />Highway standards. <br />that the County engineer be authorized to proceed with <br />the necessary plans to determine what right of way must be <br />acquired by the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />/2 day of ‘p-vp,„./e- t-c- .-, <br />1-1-16-0-\ <br />Marilyn G.
