Mr. Kulaszewicz
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ENGINEER'S REPORT
A. Amendment to feasibility report for Rice Lake Estates -
Mr. Davidson passed out the material he had prepared on this
subject. The original report for Rice Lake Estates only
required there would be a well and pump house in the plat
and construct a gravity flow sewer to a lift station to
Circle Pines or to the interceptor on North Road. Mr.
Davidson felt this subdivision should not be connected to
Circle Pines but connect to the interceptor on North Road.
This amendment to the feasibility report contains cost esti-
mates that relate to just connecting to the Circle Pines
system on a per lot cost of $11,550.00. The second cost
estimate is if the interceptor were to be constructed to
a lift station on North Road. The per lot cost would be
up to $2,000 higher.
Mr. Marier moved to include this amendment in the feasibility
report for Rice Lake Estates. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the
motion. Motion passed.
B. LeBlond Easement - Mr. Davidson, Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Schumacher
and Mr .LeBlond and his attorney met last week to complete an
easement document. They agreed the conditions would be that
the one year requirement be extended to a two year require-
ment for having construction plans available or the easement
returned to the original condition, the City would maintain
the ditch so it be free of nuisance, erosion or cause no con-
tamination to this stock feeding ponds and that it would have
no effect on his in place septic system. Mr. Davidson said
the Council should pursue as quickly as possible the plans
and specifications for effecting a permanent solution in that
it will probably take more than a year to go through the
approval process.
Mr. Hawkins said he did put together a temporary easement
document and told the Council its provisions.
Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the easement document. Mr.
Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
FIRST READING - ORDINANCE # 12 - 84. PENALTY FOR DELINQUENT SEWER
BILLS
Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to waive the reading of the ordinance and
accept the first reading.
