102 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />Page Twelve January 28, 1985 <br />Mr. Marier moved to have the Council look at the developers agree- <br />ment that was passed in the fall of 1984 and bring back to the <br />Council before the February 25, 1985 meeting the developers agree- <br />ment with corresponding signatures or intent and some status on <br />the Community Development Block Grant Fund as to how much would <br />be paid out of that fund and earmarking the low and moderate income <br />and senior citizens in the affected area as to what monies would <br />be used or deferred payments. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Reinert questioned 51% for the letter of credit, he felt this <br />is above the average or norm of most cities. Mayor Benson sug- <br />gested that no standard percent figure be established, this should <br />depend on who is coming in and look at each situation separately. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked if the letter of credit should include the <br />property owned by the developer and the trunk line. Mr. Marier <br />said everything. <br />Mr.. Reinert asked that the Planning and Zoning Board take- another- <br />look at the sign ordinance,- the definition . of -1temporary' is not - <br />clear. He would like -- 'garage sale, boutique' etc. signs also - <br />addressed_ <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn at 10:25 P.M. Mr. Marier seconded <br />the motion.
