1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />August 26, 1985 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Benson at 7:02 P.M., August 26, 1985. <br />Council members present: Bohjanen, Reinert, Marier and <br />Kulaszewicz. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Building Official, <br />Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy Schumacher; Engineer, <br />John Davidson; Assistant Engineer, Bob Toddie; Clerk- Treasurer, <br />Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting - August 12, 1985 - Mr. Marier moved to <br />approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Work Session - August 12, 1985 - Mr. Reinert moved to approve <br />the minutes as presented. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />Mr. Marier asked if the Minar Ford disbursement for an electrical <br />ignition was for a new ignition or repair of the ignition. <br />It was explained this expense was for a new computer module <br />ignition. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements <br />as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared for Open Mike. <br />CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION #85 -14 SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR THE WEBER ADDITION ASSESSMENTS <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve Resolution #85 -14 setting a <br />public hearing for September 23, 1985 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #85 -14 <br />RESOLUTION FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />WHEREAS; the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed <br />assessment of the cost of the installation of <br />sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street south <br />to the north boundary of Shenandoah II, and <br />WHEREAS; the proposed assessment has been completed and <br />filed in the office of the Clerk for public <br />inspection, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, M INNESOTA: <br />073 <br />
