1 1 COUNCIL MEETING August 26, 1985 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:02 P.M., August 26, 1985. Council members present: Bohjanen, Reinert, Marier and Kulaszewicz. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Building Official, Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy Schumacher; Engineer, John Davidson; Assistant Engineer, Bob Toddie; Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting - August 12, 1985 - Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Work Session - August 12, 1985 - Mr. Reinert moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERATION OF DISBURSEMENTS Mr. Marier asked if the Minar Ford disbursement for an electrical ignition was for a new ignition or repair of the ignition. It was explained this expense was for a new computer module ignition. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the disbursements as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE No one appeared for Open Mike. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION #85 -14 SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE WEBER ADDITION ASSESSMENTS Mr. Marier moved to approve Resolution #85 -14 setting a public hearing for September 23, 1985 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION #85 -14 RESOLUTION FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS; the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street south to the north boundary of Shenandoah II, and WHEREAS; the proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, M INNESOTA: 073
