282: <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 10, 1986 <br />Page Thirteen <br />Fire Depreciation Meeting - Mr. Schumacher stated that this week <br />he and Mayor Benson and representatives from Circle Pines and <br />Centerville met regarding fire depreciation. Circle Pines and <br />Centerville had not been satisfied with the values of the apparatus <br />as estimated by Mr. Fagerstrom, the appraiser. Mr. Fagerstrom <br />felt his appraisal was fair, but that the cities could negotiate <br />a different percentage. The appraised value called for 50% <br />depreciation, Circle Pines and Centerville requested 70%, all <br />parties compromised on 60%. Mr. Schumacher stated that the 60% <br />depreciation would fit into the Lino Lakes budget. <br />MOTION: Mr. Marier moved to accept the 60% fire depreciation <br />figure. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn the meeting.
