Mr. Toddie stated that he did not <br />foresee any schedule adherance problem. <br />On the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />Consideration of Resolution #02 -86 - Easements for 4th Avenue <br />MOTION: Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution #02 -86 and to <br />waive the reading. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 -86 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS PERTAINING <br />TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR 4th <br />AVENUE NORTH - MAIN STREET (CSAH 14) TO LILAC STREET (STATE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY 49), PROJECT 86 -2 <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been authorized on the <br />improvement of Street and Drainage Improvements, 4th Avenue North <br />-Main Street (CSAH 14) to Lilac Street (State Trunk Highway 49), <br />Project 86 -2, and <br />WHEREAS, easements are necessary to construct certain phases of <br />this improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed <br />to proceed with easement acquisition through negotiation or condemna- <br />tion. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this ;< day of <br />1986. <br />'pr -1p..AIK ll t- g)-O.._ <br />Marilyn G.
