Mr. Marier suggested that this meeting
include the City Administrator and the Public Works Director.
Discussion on the Status of 80th Street - Mr. Toddie said that
in discussing this issue with the Anoka County engineer's office,
he has learned that the County is planning on a schedule of
fall /winter of 86 for the preparation of plans and specificiations
and fall /winter of 87 for construction.
Mayor Benson suggested that because there seems to be a misunder-
standing of this schedule (Council feels that an earlier schedule
had been promised by the County), that a letter be sent to the
County Commissioner and Board explaining the fact that the Council
feels that the County has made a commitment to Lino Lakes and that
the Council expects to see that commitment met, and request a
response to be received before the next Council meeting.
