• <br />• <br />Council Member o' Donnelfntroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -108 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT - 2007 <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECTS, PIPE CLEANING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to request for quotes for the construction of 2007 Surface Water <br />Management Projects, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following quotes were received complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Westco Environmental Services $ 17,836.80 <br />Infratec $ 27,044.56 <br />Lametti $ 44,245.66 <br />Penn Contracting $ 46,860.00 <br />Visu -Sewer Clean and Seal $ 93,720.40 <br />Engineer's Estimate $ 48,360.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Westco Environmental Services, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />construction of the 2007 Surface Water Manama nt Project, Pipe Cleaning. <br />e Bartell, pity Clerk <br />Adopted by the L ino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />eso ", Mayor <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Bergeson <br />The follow ag <br />ing voted aiinstsame: <br />none (Absent - Stoltz) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
