• Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -110 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR 77th <br />STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 77th Street from Lake Drive to Maryland Drive on <br />a new alignment connecting with Market Place Drive by street, storm sewer, sanitary <br />sewer, water main, sidewalk and traffic signal improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that <br />he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - <br />effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Julia ne Bartell, City <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this23rd day of July, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member.
