• H. Present the preliminary Feasibility Report to the City Council. <br />• <br />• <br />I. Deliverables include: <br />1. Preliminary Feasibility Report in conformance with Minnesota Statutes 429.031. <br />2. Preliminary assessment roll. <br />3. Preliminary right -of -way -and easement needs. <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />If authorized in writing by the OWNER, TKDA shall furnish or obtain from others Additional <br />Services of the types listed below which are not considered as normal or customary services. <br />Additional Services shall be compensated for on an Hourly Rate basis as defined in Article 3 of <br />the Basic Agreement, a part hereof, and such compensation shall be over and above any <br />maximums or lump sum amounts set forth in this Authorization. <br />A. Additional meetings beyond those identified in SECTION II. <br />B. Final design services including topographic surveying and mapping, geotechnical <br />investigations, construction plans and specifications, and bid documents. <br />C. Construction phase services. <br />IV. OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The OWNER'S responsibilities shall be as set forth in Article 8 of the Basic Agreement and as <br />further described or clarified herein below: <br />A. Designate one individual to act as a representative with respect to the work to be <br />performed, and such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, <br />receive information, interpret and define policies, and make decisions with respect to <br />critical elements pertinent to the Project. <br />B. Provide prompt feedback indicating the preferred alignment, following receipt of the two <br />alignment alternatives. <br />C. Furnish TKDA with mapping, property information, and other available information <br />needed for the study. <br />D. Provide review of materials furnished by TKDA in a reasonable and prompt manner so <br />that the Project Schedule can be maintained. <br />
