• Council MemberReinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -143 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, a delay of the Award and Approval for S.P. 0280 -55, has pushed back the <br />concrete werarring course of placement according to the Contractors original schedule <br />submittal beyond the Mn /DOT Standard Specification 2403.A placement date of October 1st, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, to remain on schedule as planned, the Project Engineer with the concurrence of <br />the Mn /DOT Bridge Office will all the Contractor to cast Bridge No. 02817 stage 1 deck to its full <br />deck thickness of nine inches using a concrete mix design 3Y43 HFWC and eliminating the <br />concrete weraring course in stage 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />• <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
