The first three parts, Water Supply System <br />Description and Evaluation, Emergency Response Procedures and Water Conservation Planning <br />apply statewide. Part IV, relates to comprehensive plan requirements that apply only to <br />communities in the Seven - County Twin Cities Metropolitan Area.
