Construction Services <br />a. Construction Administration <br />• Maintain construction log <br />• Process change orders and periodic pay requests <br />• Conduct progress meeting <br />• Recording of Well Log <br />• Ensure regular sampling is conducted and final samples delivered to the MGS <br />• Sanitary treatment/disinfection of tools and well <br />• Project completion; final payment, site restoration, documentation and reporting, etc. <br />b. Construction Inspection <br />• Periodic/routine visits to determine conformance with the Contract Documents, compliance with <br />the MN Well Code, and: <br />- Plumbness check of the drilling machine <br />- Drilling progress, sampling frequency, lithological identification <br />- Noise abatement is followed <br />Construction site maintenance <br />- Erosion, runoff containment, etc. <br />• Final Plumbness and alignment testing <br />• Grouting; grout delivery quality, quantify for payment, observation of placement methods <br />• Blasting and surging events; seismic and noise witnessing as determined appropriate <br />• Rock removal and quantification for payment <br />• Test pumping for capacity, sand content, water disposal and chemical sampling <br />• Witness color televising and recording of finished well <br />• Final chlorination and sealing of well <br />Design with community in mind <br />
