CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-47 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval <br />for NorthPointe hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed "Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat revision date April 28, <br />2014 prepared by Carlson McCain <br />• Grading, Development & Erosion Control Plans revision date April 28, 2014 <br />prepared by Carlson McCain <br />• Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Street Reconstruction Plans <br />revision date April 24, 2014 prepared by Carlson McCain; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />December 11, 2013 and continued to the February 12, 2014 meeting and the Board <br />recommended approval of the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning from R, Rural to PUD, Planned <br />Unit Development with Ordinance 02-14 and the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution 14-21; and <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat at the May 14, 2014 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat of NorthPointe, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated May 8, 2014 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator letter dated May 7, 2014 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. All comments from MnDOT letter dated May 13, 2014 shall be addressed. <br />4. The following executed documents shall be recorded with Anoka County within <br />90 days of City Council approval of final plat: <br />a. Final Plat <br />1 <br />
