Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-169 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT, <br />SANDHILL DRIVE STORM SEWER REMOVAL, CLEANING AND <br />REINSTALLATION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the repair of the Sandhill Drive Storm Sewer, <br />quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following quotes were <br />received complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. $ 37,749.00 <br />C.W. Houle, Inc. $ 38,800.00 <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $ 43,915.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Glenn <br />Rehbein Excavating, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the repair of the the <br />Sandhill Drive Storm Sewer. <br />anne Bartell, ty <br />Berg son, ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of October, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Stoltz, Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Bergeson <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />none <br />
