• <br />• <br />Council MembeP'Donnellintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -170 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 <br />LAKE DRIVE /135W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, construction plans identified an existing 4" Rigid Steel Conduit (R.S.C.) in place for <br />the use as part of the Signal System "A" installation at Town Center Parkway and Lake Drive, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the existing R.S.C. is installed at a depth that made it <br />obsolete to be incorporated into Signal System "A "; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project Engineer has determined that a new 4" R.S.C. is required to be <br />installed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.6, in the amount of $3,850.00, is hereby approved. <br />Jufanne Bartel , C Ierk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of October, 2007 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Carlson, Reinert, Stoltz, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
