EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The Central Anoka County Regional Trail corridor has been established since the Anoka <br />County Parks and Recreation Department's 20/20 Vision Plan was adopted in 1998. <br />This master plan was developed to illustrate the alignment, potential partnerships and <br />costs associated with the construction of the east alignment of the Central Anoka <br />County Regional Trail. <br />This regional trail provides multiple opportunities tc ;partner with other county <br />departments and local cities to meet the needs of the grog population in central and <br />southeastern Anoka County and to connect the state, regional and local trail systems to <br />a variety of destinations in the County. <br />This trail corridor traverses through the Cities of Ramsey, Anoka, Andover, Ham Lake, <br />Blaine, Lino Lakes and Centerville to the Washington »unty border. The total length <br />es.
