Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve checks #9924 through and including #9946, <br />with #9929 being void. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared <br />passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 1:10 A.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Aye. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council <br />meeting held on September 10, 1979. <br />Edna L. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 8:00 P.M. on September 10, 1979, by Mayor Karth. Council members <br />present; Kulas_aewc cLean, chneider, Zelinka. Absent; None. Mr. <br />Locher was also present. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the minutes of August 22, 1979 as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of August 27, 1979 as pre- <br />sented. Seconded by Mr. MCLean. Motion declared passed. <br />The final plat of Shenandoah III had been delivered for final approval <br />and signatures. Mr. Gotwald has also delivered the plans and specifi- <br />cations for sewer, storm sewer and street construction for the Shenandoah <br />III plat. He had checked the preliminary plat against the final plat <br />and had found no changes. He had not had time to write a cover letter, <br />but had asked these plans and specifications be approved. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the plans and specifications for sewer, <br />storm sewer and street construction for Shenandoah III as prepared by <br />Mr. Gotwald. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the final plat of Shenandoah III and <br />authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the plat. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka presented a request from the Circle Pines Utility Commission. <br />They have reqeusted the Clerk's office to notify them of the address of <br />homes in their service area received for assessment searches. Mr. Zelinka <br />so moved. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />The Saint Paul Water Department had delivered an agreement to allow the <br />City to cross over Water Department property in the construction of the <br />utility system on Black Duck Drive. Mr. Locher checked the agreement <br />and found it acceptable. Mr. McLean moved to approve this agreement and <br />to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the document. Seocnded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />The continued hearing on the Bruner rezoning was called to order at <br />8:15 P.M. Mr. Locher read the notice of legal publication and indicated <br />
