Novemner 27, 1979 without Council approval was discussed. Mr. Schumacher had propsed the figure of $1,000.00. It was generally agreed upon. that if the item is in in the budget, there was no problem with this figure. Mr. Schneider felt there was sufficient control in the budgeting process and in the monthly cash flow reports. Mr. Schumacher said a detailed li of all expenditures will be in the Council members packet each Council meeting so all expenditures may be checked bfore the Council meeting and if there is a question it can be cleared before the meeting. Mr. Zelinka suggested that the following be added: "Any provisions herein may be modified as the Council's considered jusgement dictates by Resolution by four - fifths vote of the Council members ". There was some discussion on this with the Council members agreeing to this addition. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to submit to the Circle Pines Council the recommendation that Mr. Richard Zelinka be reappointed to the Circle Pines Utility Commission. Seconded by MR. McLean. Motion declared passed. Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 8:50 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Aye. SArner, Clerk- Treasurer December 10, 1979 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8:00 P.M., December 10, 1979, by Mayor Karth. Council members pre- sent; Kulaszewicz, McLean, Schnieder, Zelinka. Absent; None. Mr. Locher and Mr. Schumacher were also present. Mr. Schneider moved to approve the minutes of November 26, 1979 as writen. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. Mr. Schneider moved to approve checks #10189 through and including #10227, with #'s 10194 and 10217 being void. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. Ordinance No. 70, establishing the position and duties of the City Administrator was considered. Mr. McLean moved to approve this Ordinance as written. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to accept the Building Inspector's resignation effective January 1, 1980. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion de- clared passed. Mr. Schumacher was asked about replacement and he reported that inter- views have been scheduled for December 11, 1979. He will have a recommendation for the Coucil. It was suggested that perhaps a special meeting should be scheduled. This meeting has been set for December
