Novemner 27, 1979 <br />without Council approval was discussed. Mr. Schumacher had propsed <br />the figure of $1,000.00. It was generally agreed upon. that if the <br />item is in in the budget, there was no problem with this figure. Mr. <br />Schneider felt there was sufficient control in the budgeting process <br />and in the monthly cash flow reports. Mr. Schumacher said a detailed li <br />of all expenditures will be in the Council members packet each Council <br />meeting so all expenditures may be checked bfore the Council meeting and <br />if there is a question it can be cleared before the meeting. <br />Mr. Zelinka suggested that the following be added: "Any provisions <br />herein may be modified as the Council's considered jusgement dictates <br />by Resolution by four - fifths vote of the Council members ". There was <br />some discussion on this with the Council members agreeing to this <br />addition. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to submit to the Circle Pines Council the <br />recommendation that Mr. Richard Zelinka be reappointed to the Circle <br />Pines Utility Commission. Seconded by MR. McLean. Motion declared <br />passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 8:50 P.M. SArner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />December 10, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 8:00 P.M., December 10, 1979, by Mayor Karth. Council members pre- <br />sent; Kulaszewicz, McLean, Schnieder, Zelinka. Absent; None. Mr. Locher <br />and Mr. Schumacher were also present. <br />Mr. Schneider moved to approve the minutes of November 26, 1979 as <br />writen. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Schneider moved to approve checks #10189 through and including <br />#10227, with #'s 10194 and 10217 being void. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion declared passed. <br />Ordinance No. 70, establishing the position and duties of the City <br />Administrator was considered. Mr. McLean moved to approve this Ordinance <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to accept the Building Inspector's resignation <br />effective January 1, 1980. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion de- <br />clared passed. <br />Mr. Schumacher was asked about replacement and he reported that inter- <br />views have been scheduled for December 11, 1979. He will have a <br />recommendation for the Coucil. It was suggested that perhaps a special <br />meeting should be scheduled. This meeting has been set for December <br />
