December 26, 1979 47 Mr. Gotwald had prepared the figures for the letter of Credit for Twilight Acres II. The amount is $22,050.00 Ir. Gotwald noted that part of:the work on that street has been completed. Mr, Gotwald requested permission for Mr. Locher and he to get together and obtain the necessary easements for the construction of thesewer line from the Baldwin Lake Trailer Court to the lift station. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to authorize this work. Seconded by MR. McLean. Motion declared passed. Mr. Gotwald also reported on the abuse of Ware Road and felt that Birch Street is now open there should not be any more of the houses moved over Ware Road. He said the occasional use of that street would not damage the surface, but continued useage would destroy the South end. He also advised that the road be posted with a '3 ton limit' sign by February 15, 1980. Mr. Locher presented a drawing where easements will be needed in Lakes Addition #3. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve this request. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. Mayor Karth reminded the members of the Special Council meeting scheduled for January 3, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Zelinka briefly discussed the word processor and said that Circle Pines felt that they had not gotten the service out of their system.
