January 14, 1980 <br />�v <br />After some discusion, Mr. Jaworski moved that Mr, Schumacher be authorized <br />to hire a per son or persons for the position of warming house attendat <br />at the Sunrise Warming house for the hours from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 pm on <br />weekdays, from 10 :00 A.M. to 6 :00 pm on Saturdays and Noon to 6 :00 P.M. <br />on Sunday. This would entail approximately 39 hours per week, with the <br />cost of this to be taken from the interest on invested funds. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Mr. McLean added this be limited to 40 hours per week, <br />end the last day of March and the salary be 3.50 per hour. These additions <br />were acceptable to Mr. Jaworski and Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />The format for the letter of credit and Resolution for the adoption was <br />considered. The common expiration date of all letters of credit will be <br />December 31rof each year and each letter of credit will run for a minimum <br />of 365 days. <br />Mr. Locher explained the requirements of the Resolution and the protective <br />features written into it. Various requirements of this Resolution were <br />discussed. Mr. Locher felt this Resolution and the Developer's Agreement <br />should be reviewed by Mr, Gotwald, Mr, Schumacher said Mr. Gotwald has <br />said he and no problems with the Letter of Credit format. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adopt the Resolution as presented in regards to the <br />Letter of Credit. Seconded by Mr, Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Developer's Agreement was considered, Mr, McLean moved to table this <br />until the next Council meeting, Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />carreid unanimously, <br />The one year term vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Board was considered. <br />There had been no more applicants for this position, Mr. McLean had not <br />contacted Mr. Prok ®p. Mayor Gourley asked Mr. McLean if he would contact <br />Mr. Prokop since it was agreed that the East side of the City should be <br />represented on this Board. <br />Mr. McLean agreed to contact Mr, Prokop. Mr. Jaworski moved to table this <br />until the next Council meeting. Seconded by Mr, Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to reconfirm Mr, Richard Zelinka as a member of the Circle <br />Pines Utility Commission. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Mr. McLean moved to forward this to Mr. Gotwald for his <br />recommendations in regards for specific desgn criteria, to go to P &Z and <br />then to the Council for consideration. Mayor Gourley suggested the word <br />'when' be eliminated and insert the work 'as', Mr, McLean felt this <br />Ordiannce should read 'shall install' and 'shall be a part of the plat'. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Mayor Gourley questioned the electrical <br />rates and asked Mr. Volk for his comments. Mr. Volk said if the lighting <br />is installed by the developer, the City receives quite a break on the <br />costs. The point to be made is that these lights must be installed by the <br />developer and not the City. The motion carried unanimously. <br />
