March 9, 1981 <br />2b <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the salary adjustment for the Assessor <br />of $893.00 per month, with teh stipulation that the Assessor's date <br />information be retained at the City Hall and that her activities be <br />centered at the City Hall rather than out of her home. Seconded by <br />Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Police Clerk's salary adjustment was considered. Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />moved to approve the Police Clerk's salary adjustment to $993.00 per <br />month. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Mr. McLean asked what percentage <br />this adjustment represents and was tod, 10 %. Motion carried unanimously. <br />WET LANDS MAP <br />Mr. McLean asked if a decision has to be made by a certain date and <br />Mr. Schumacher said the amendments must be submitted by a certain date. <br />This decision must be made by June 1, 1981. Mayor Gourley asked this <br />matter be put on the agenda of the first meeting in May. <br />STREET LIGHTING REQUESTS. <br />These are requestes submitted some time ago and should be cleared. Mr. <br />Schumacher said the budget cannot absorb these requests at this time. <br />One request is for Sunset Oaks for 3 lights and one is for Pine Haven <br />for 3 lights. The general consensus of the Council was to table these <br />requests until July or August. <br />ORDINANCE #72 - MORATORIUM <br />Mayor Gourley noted that this ordinance expires on March 10, 1981 and <br />he asked what the Council wished to do about this ordinance - allow <br />to expire or to renew? Mr. McLean moved to renew Ordinance #72 for <br />another year. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Mayor Gourley asked if this <br />is sufficient? and Mr. Locher said, Yes, this will need to be published. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SEWER SERVICE DISTRICT #1. <br />Mayor Gourley asked if Lakes Add. #6 and #7 are included in the agree- <br />ment that the City is operating under at the present time? Mr. <br />Schumacher felt these plats would not be approved until after the <br />Comprehensive Plan and been approved. Mayor Gourley just wanted to <br />be sure this Resolution did not infer the Council was picking and <br />choosing on what plats may or may not be developed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adopt the following Resolution #81 -4. Seconded <br />by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION 81 -4 <br />RESOLUTION TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL IDENTIFYING DEVELOPMENT TO BE <br />SERVICED IN URBAN DISTRICT #1 <br />WHEREAS, in 1979, the Metropolitan Council allowed Lino Lakes <br />additional interim sewer service in Urban Service District #1, and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council limited Lino Lakes to a maximum <br />of three hundred (300) residential connections in this Urban Service <br />District, and <br />
