March 9, 1981 2b Mr. McLean moved to approve the salary adjustment for the Assessor of $893.00 per month, with teh stipulation that the Assessor's date information be retained at the City Hall and that her activities be centered at the City Hall rather than out of her home. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. The Police Clerk's salary adjustment was considered. Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the Police Clerk's salary adjustment to $993.00 per month. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Mr. McLean asked what percentage this adjustment represents and was tod, 10 %. Motion carried unanimously. WET LANDS MAP Mr. McLean asked if a decision has to be made by a certain date and Mr. Schumacher said the amendments must be submitted by a certain date. This decision must be made by June 1, 1981. Mayor Gourley asked this matter be put on the agenda of the first meeting in May. STREET LIGHTING REQUESTS. These are requestes submitted some time ago and should be cleared. Mr. Schumacher said the budget cannot absorb these requests at this time. One request is for Sunset Oaks for 3 lights and one is for Pine Haven for 3 lights. The general consensus of the Council was to table these requests until July or August. ORDINANCE #72 - MORATORIUM Mayor Gourley noted that this ordinance expires on March 10, 1981 and he asked what the Council wished to do about this ordinance - allow to expire or to renew? Mr. McLean moved to renew Ordinance #72 for another year. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Mayor Gourley asked if this is sufficient? and Mr. Locher said, Yes, this will need to be published. Motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION AMENDING SEWER SERVICE DISTRICT #1. Mayor Gourley asked if Lakes Add. #6 and #7 are included in the agree- ment that the City is operating under at the present time? Mr. Schumacher felt these plats would not be approved until after the Comprehensive Plan and been approved. Mayor Gourley just wanted to be sure this Resolution did not infer the Council was picking and choosing on what plats may or may not be developed. Mr. McLean moved to adopt the following Resolution #81 -4. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 81 -4 RESOLUTION TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL IDENTIFYING DEVELOPMENT TO BE SERVICED IN URBAN DISTRICT #1 WHEREAS, in 1979, the Metropolitan Council allowed Lino Lakes additional interim sewer service in Urban Service District #1, and WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council limited Lino Lakes to a maximum of three hundred (300) residential connections in this Urban Service District, and
