Council Member 'C: Ctr I sOn1 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07 -189 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR UPLAND LOT AREA APPROVALS FOR FRAN'S ESTATE WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats and variances are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat and variances for upland lot area for Fran's Estate were approved with Resolution 07 -01 by the City Council on January 8, 2007, and WHERAS, the city's Zoning Ordinance requires the final plat to be submitted within one year; WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for submittal of a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat and variances for upland lot area for Fran's Estate are still in compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves an extension to the preliminary plat and upland lot area variances approvals for Fran's Estate, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Final Plat for Fran's Estate must be submitted by September 8, 2008; unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. 2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 07 -01 will continue to apply to the site. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th of November 2007.
