Council Member 1,lsavi introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -195 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, the designed back slope adjacent to the Marshan Infiltration Pond is steeper than <br />anticipated and needs to be flattened to a desirable grade for erosion control and landscaping, <br />WHEREAS, the Project Engineer has determined that due to limited area of the pond location a <br />modular block retaining wall is preferred. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
