• <br />Council Membero' Donne -Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-207 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 1 (FINAL) FOR THE <br />SANDHILL DRIVE STORM SEWER REMOVAL, CLEANING, AND <br />REINSTALLATION . <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted October 8, 2007, awarding the <br />contract for Sandhill Drive Storm sewer Removal, Cleaning, and Reinstallation to Glenn <br />Rehbein Excavating, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in attached Payment No. 1 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment No. 1 (Final) in the amount of $38,720.20 is approved for the Sandhill Drive Storm <br />sewer Removal, Cleaning, and Reinstallation. <br />• <br />Sul' 1 e Bartell, City) Cleric <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 17th day of December, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: O'Donnell , Stoltz, <br />The following voted against same: Reinert, Carlson, <br />Bergeson <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
