COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 27, 1986 <br />Page Six <br />the request to approve the transfer of ownership and control <br />of Group W Cable of the North Suburbs, Inc. and transfer <br />of the Cable Communications Franchise Ordinance to North <br />Central Cable Communications, L.P. <br />The above listed resolution was moved by Council Member <br />Donald Marier, and duly seconded by Council Member William Boh- <br />janen. <br />The following Council Members voted in the affirmative: <br />Vernon Reinert, Donald Marier, Benjamin Benson,__ Harold Bisel, <br />William Bohjanen <br />The following Council Members voted in the negative: <br />None <br />Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />095 <br />City Official <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF ULLER'S_RICE LAKE 4TH. ADDITION <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT AND RESOLUTION #07 - 86 ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENTS <br />Mr. Ulmer did not bring any new information on this matter since <br />the last public hearing. He had not secured easements for road <br />purposes or drainage purposes. Mr. Hawkins explained that if the <br />City decided to use eminent domain to obtain the easements the <br />City would have to be able to prove that this taking of the property <br />was for public purposes. <br />Mr. Reinert moved that until such time there is a better working <br />relationship between the developer and the citizens of that area, <br />Resolution #07 - 86 be denied. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. <br />The Clerk read the resolution. Motion carried unanimously. <br />6A. Resolution #13 - 86 - Mr. Reinert moved to adopt Resolution <br />#13 - 86 denying the Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th Addition plat and waive <br />the reading. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
