096 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 27, 1986 <br />Page Seven <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #13 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ULMER'S RICE LAKE FOURTH (4TH) ADDITION <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held on the proposed <br />preliminary plat for Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th Ad- <br />dition before the City Council on May 12, 1986 <br />and May 27, 1986, and <br />WHEREAS, The developer was unable to - obtain - easements for <br />street purposes and storm water drainage to ade- <br />quately serve the proposed plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA that the preliminary plat of Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th <br />Addition be denied for the reason the developer was unable to <br />obtain easements for street purposes and storm water drainage <br />to adequately serve the proposed plat. <br />Adopted by the Council on the 27th day of May, 1986. <br />enjami G. Anderson, Clerk - Trreasurer <br />SECOND READING, ORDINANCE #O1 - 86, REZONE ULMER'S RICE LAKE 4`.1 <br />ADDITION <br />Mr. Schumacher explained this area is designated in the Compreb,An- <br />sive Land Use as Urban. Mr. Reinert said adopting this ordinance <br />would give Mr. Ulmer the opportunity to bring in an acceptable <br />preliminary plat. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to adopt Ordinance #01 - 86, rezoning Ulmer's <br />4th from ER to R -1. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion car- <br />ried with Mr. Marier voting, no. <br />1 <br />
